Having worked in customer facing roles my whole working life, offering knowledge-based advice with a consultative approach has always been my primary focus.
We are a service led business offering efficient communication which comes from years of experience and I believe this approach is vital to new and existing clients who choose DJFS to help navigate their financial journey. Whether it be a first-time buyer, BTL portfolio client or a client securing their dream family home ‘your interest is my best interest’.

Buying a home is often the most important process that we can go through and whilst completion is usually a moment to be celebrated, the journey can be quite stressful and emotional for many people.
Using my 25-year career within the financial services sector, I bring a wealth of experience to the Daniel & Jacobs team. I take a very client centric approach to ensure that my clients have comfort that they are making the best decision for their circumstances and that a professional is the conduit between them and the lender. Taking a client from the initial conversations, working through finances and discussing borrowings, all the way through to offer and completion is a very satisfying process whether you are an FTB or an experienced purchaser – I look forward to helping many more D&J clients in the coming years.

In a fast-paced world we often don’t have the time to think about how basic life events could affect our family’s security and stability. One of my roles is to help people evaluate their future security needs so they can relax in the confidence that if any negative circumstances were to arise, they would not face further hardship, that could greatly impact on themselves or their dependants.
Providing this service alongside mortgages has allowed me to help hundreds of clients over my 18 years in the industry and there is nothing quite like bringing people a sense of calm and peace to their day to day lives. I joined the DJFS team 2 years ago as my values align perfectly with the company ethos that the clients’ happiness is paramount.

After working as a PA & Legal Secretary in large corporate organisations in Central London and Canary Wharf for 25 years, I was delighted to have the opportunity to join DJFS and transfer my skills across to support the team.
I focus primarily on all administrative support for Daniel, James and Reem, ensuring that the administrative process is as smooth and organised as possible for our clients. I also run our two offices in Billericay & Loughton. It’s a busy role but very rewarding and one that I thoroughly enjoy!
